Dr. Hartzell graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wilkes University with a Bachelor of Science. He went on to receive his Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He has been in private practice since 1987. Professional associations include the American Optometric Association and Pennsylvania Optometric Association. Patients can see Dr. Hartzell for routine and medical eye exams, contact lenses and medical disease management. He is married and has two children.
